Return and refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at TrendZyol.com@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Trendzyol, Kamal Commercial Market, Narwala Road, Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process: - Once we receive your returned item or the defective item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. - If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that any shipping costs incurred during the return process are non-refundable. In addition, if the product is in perfect condition and the return is due to change of mind or any other reason where TrendZyol has met the order requirements, the initial product shipping charges from TrendZyol to customer will also be deducted from the refund amount.
